my work is a translation of a playful curiosity regarding the tactility of the world, objects, and spatial experiences. i explore materiality and form and study how one can inform the other. personal and family narratives are sources of inspiration and i consider memories to be a significant recording of history. i am interested in designing objects that revitalize old materials as well as oft-forgotten techniques of hand craft.
